I Am Alive challenge Day-138 We can avoid corona but it is very difficult to avoid physical disorders.

This is my #IAmAliveChallenge video and some updates that is happening around me 31th August 2020..
In this video I have done about the current situation of covid-19 in my region along with physical/mental disorder that is growing due to spending much time with devices and internet..
It would not be wrong to say that due to spending more time at home, a person is struggling with problems like backache, neck pain, palms pain etc.Apart from this, due to all the activities online, its effect is directly affecting our eyes.If such a situation prevails, then the person will die not from a corona epidemic but from a physical disorder.
Nothing to share more about current situation of Covid-19 in my region that is growing day by day. Yesterday evening 40 people more got positive. Situation is not good.. let's see how long time take to come on normal stage.
