Punishment is not an appropriate means to improve naughty kids

Punishing children for their mistakes is not an operative medium. Once they become frightened by it, but gradually they get used to it. Which later takes a macabre form. It sits on their mind that if the mistake is made, the people of the house will punish, what else will they do?
There is a very dangerous thinking for their future. Because of this gradually criminal tendencies are awakened in them. A better option is to explain to children, adopt a path of rewards and encouragement. Scold if necessary, but do not let the beating beat you. In such a situation, fear will remain in their mind. But once you get used to beating, you will neither improve their habit nor their future.
