    Welcome in my first Foodie vlog..
    Most of the people who live outside or live in rented house sometimes due to paucity of time they have to make such recipes at home which can be prepared in less time. Maggi, Noodles is one such recipe that we can prepare quickly. Although I do not have much interest in food items, but from time to time I keep making fast food or non-veg recipes. This process is going on since I used to be a student.

    In this video I have made a quick recipe of two eggs which is called Bhujia or Omelette in local language. If you do not like omelet, then you can fry the same omelet as Bhujia.

    Let's take a look at what ingredients like spices etc are used to make this racipie. To make Fatafat recipe, only a griddle and a ladle are needed to flip it or convert it into bhujia. This recipe calls for only two eggs. If you are making more eggs, you can increase the amount of spices and ingredients.

    Spices and ingredients

    ◆medium sized onion

    ◆ two green chilies

    ◆ a spoonful of cumin

    ◆small tomato

    ◆ a spoonful of curd

    ◆ 10ml refined

    ◆ less than half a teaspoon turmeric

    ◆readymade garam masala

    First of all, cut the onion into fine pieces. Take care that the pieces are not too fine and keep them in a plate. After that cut the tomato into as small a piece as possible. Cut the chilies into pieces. Apart from this, keep the spices studied in it, turmeric, red chili, refined etc., because it is a fast-cooking recipe, all the ingredients are needed in a hurry.

    First of all, with the help of a sharp knife, cut both the eggs from the middle, after that pour them in a small vessel or glass. Then put tomato pieces, onion pieces and chili pieces in the glass and mix it well.

    Now put the tawa on the induction cooker or normal gas cooker and keep the flame low.

    After the tawa is slightly hot, put 10ml refined oil in the pan. After the oil is heated, put a little less than a spoonful of cumin seeds in it and wait until the cumin seeds are completely roasted and blackened.

    When you will become healthy, you have forgotten your cumin, after that pour the egg, onion and tomato paste in the whole pan. After 1 minute, stir the pan so that the paste does not stick to it. After a long time you will see that the pan is releasing the paste on the edge.

    Now with the help of a ladle, turn the omelet on the other side and fry it for a while. Within about 1 minute, the other side will also be completely fried. If you want to eat it in the form of omelette, then leave it, otherwise if you want to eat it in the form of Bhujia, then cut it into small pieces and let it fry for a while.

    Now your recipe is also completely ready. You can eat it with sauce chutney aur bread.
