This is something I have wanted to try for a while, loaded french fries in a wrap!
I start by making some garlic and spring onion butter.
This is one clove of garlic , and onion spring onion chopped into a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil.
These skin-on fries are some of the best frozen french fries I have ever tried ,they are very tasty on there own but we are gonna crank the taste right up to an 11.
We use our lovely flavor-filled butter to coat the fries.
Im using a George Foreman grill to cook these.If you have an air fryer I think the results would be even tastier. In this case, the grill helps sear in the flavor on both sides of the fries.
While the fries are cooking let's make some gravy.
I add some gravy granules and milk to the bits of garlic and spring onion that are left from making our butter.
When the fries are done its time to throw them on a kebab wrap.
Let's add some cheese, this time I have Red Leicester and some fresh mozzarella.
Time to add some gravy.
A few minutes on the grill to melt the cheese and seal the wrap together.
And there we have it , a very tasty lunch :)
