    Hello to all the boys and girls of the community, as it is always a pleasure for me to greet you on this occasion with a new video in which I will talk about customer avatars and why they are important for your business or service so pay close attention.

    WHAT ARE THEY

    Well as I mentioned before this is a key point for your business as it helps us to create an empathy with the client, understand him and know a little about his needs and problems, once we know those key points from this we can create some better sales speeches and so to speak we will know how to put it on sale.

    It is important to define what are the different types of clients that we may have since, as you know, not all are the same and it varies a lot based on the product or service that we are selling.

    So for me the trick is to analyze the different people who come to us and identify what they are looking for or what they need and thus be able to attack that pain or need by offering them our wonderful solution to what they are looking for.

    Hola a todos chicos y chicas de la comunidad como siempre es un gusto para mi saludarlos en esta ocacion con un nuevo vídeo en el que hablare sobre los avatares de cliente y porque son importantes para tu negocio o servicio así que presten mucha atención.

    QUE SON

    Bien como les mencione anteriormente esto es un punto clave para sus negocios ya que nos sirve para lograr crear una empatia con el cliente, entenderlo y conocer un poco de sus necesidades y problemas, una vez que conozcamos esos puntos tan claves apartir de ello podremos crear unos mejores discursos de venta y por así decirlo vamos a saber como llevarlo a la venta.

    Es importante definir cuales son los distintos tipos de cliente que podemos llegar a tener ya que como saben no todos son iguales y varia mucho en base al producto o servicio que le estemos vendiendo

    Así que para mi el truco esta en analizar a las distintas personas que llegan a nosotros e identificar que es eso que ellos están buscando o que es lo que necesitan y así poder atacar ese dolor o necesidad ofreciéndoles nuestro maravillosa solución a eso que buscan.
