Coffee Recipes Sample - By Caelum1infernum

Hi everyone it's been awhile let's start with
The first video im making Spanish Latte the ingredient for this delicious sweet drink is;

Condensed Milk – 20gram
Full shot espresso – 30ml
Full fat milk – 200 ml

The second video I’m just making café latte I’m still learning how to do the slowsetta its not as good as I want it to be but im getting there.

Third video still trying to do the Slowsetta but failed haha it's ok i fix it with etching, etching means just draw on the latte art.

Today I wanna talk about something different but im sure most of you should know or maybe you forgot about the recipes of types of coffees we drink everyday.

A lot of people ask me what is the difference between Americano and the Long black?
Note that when I say Full shot meaning 2 shot and half shot meaning 1 shot or half shot but sometimes we do full shot (2shot) 30ml sometimes we do half shot (1shot) 30ml eventhough the shots are different but the ml is the same.

lets get started;

Americano - Full Shot Espresso first Hot water second
Long Black - Hot Water first then Espresso full shot

The difference? Americano basically taste like a strong black coffee
while Long black your first sip you can taste the creama on top

Cafe Latte

Generally 30ml of espresso full shot and around 180 to 200ml of steamed milk usually 20% on top of the cup is foam. the amount of milk might differ from shop to shop.

Capuccino

30ml espresso full shot and steamed milk around 150ml or below with 30% to 50% micro foam on top again depends on the recipes of individual shop it might be completely different from what i said here.

Flat White

30ml of espresso full shot, steamed milk 150ml to 160ml with thin layer of micro foam on top of the drink.

Piccolo

Fun fact piccolo meaning "tiny" in italian word
How we make is 30ml of half shot espresso and 80ml of steamed milk some people call it small latte but most barista disagree with this word small latte i dont know why theres no point to argue about it anyway haha.

Ristretto

This is the most interesting shot of espresso and I recommend everyone who has never tasted Ristretto shot to try it and your life will change forever i promise you this

The way we do this drink is we will use 20gram of coffee grounds and pull the shot until its 15ml bascially half of the full shot

For Ristetto the best thing about this shot is you do not extract the sour part of the coffee that is why the taste is amazing well i cannot say that this is the best shot but it's my preferance hope you feel the same way after you taste it try it and let me know what you think.

Qortado

Ah the Qortado the ration of milk and coffee between 1:1 or 1:2 meaning
if the espresso shot is 30ml the milk will be 30ml that is the ratio of 1:1 lets say
ratio is 1:2 espresso 30ml and milk 60ml make sense? if you dont understand please let me know so i can explain which part is the problem im happy to asnwer it.
