Another week another sack of coffee or 10. After a steady weekend, although still fitted in an emergency coffee delivery - back to work for a hectic week with large amounts of stock coming in and going out. Of course that also included a good run of roasting, with a wide selection of product going out including a large amount of retail packs. Ending the week with a demonstration of the 30kg and putting a good six batches through as well.

Other news upgraded my work desktop set up with a 2013 Apple Mac Pro - the amazing trash can - quite a stunning bit of kit really a metallic cylinder that runs super quiet no matter how much load you put on it.
