Another crazy busy week at work, never really catching up with the continued onslaught of orders over the last few weeks. Managed to get a small break last Saturday and Sunday but back to roasting Monday, and that continued the theme for the week - including a massive 9 batches through the 30kg on Thursday. It's the most I have done back to back on it - I was wondering how well the chaff collector would cope holding the chaff from all that roasting coffee! It all went well, but I have been busy since trying to pack all that coffee ready to send out!
