For years, I have wanted to build a go-cart. One of the things I needed to learn was how to fiberglass. In this video, I used fiberglass to repair my garage door where the metal was splitting.
It is a very easy process, but if you've never done it before, it may seem daunting. I break it down, making it very easy.
It consists of fabric, specifically used for 'fiberglassing,' epoxy, and hardener.
You can find the fabric I used here: https://amzn.to/3oK1CyJ
The Epoxy I used is made by West Systems, 105 is the epoxy and 206 is the hardener (link is a kit): https://amzn.to/3oKcwVy
I also recommend having some nitrile gloves, stirring sticks, and a bucket that is disposable.

With all your gear in tow, you're now able to fiberglass pretty much anything. You can hobby yourself right up to making a fiberglass boat, go-cart or whatever you want...just be careful! This stuff, once it sticks, it's there forever!
I used the fiberglass to fix a garage door. What do you want to fix? Wanna show me, reach out at http://www.WatchBobOnYouTube.com or tag me @bobthebuilder2 on Hive
