It's ALMOST that time of year: Sowing Seeds Indoors! BUT First, time to get ready. I start about 2 weeks before sowing my first seeds, and prep my trays. Thoroughly cleaning and then mixing up the Seed Starter Mix! Follow along as I show my process for preparing my trays for HUNDREDS of Onion Seeds, and 72 Pepper Seeds (Maybe more?)
Most of you know, I prefer locally grown food. It's healthier for my family, and for the planet. In fact, I prefer to grow my own food. I know what goes into my foods, and what chemicals are NOT in my food. Also, It cuts down on carbon emissions, less trucking to get fresh foods to my table.
