In this opportunity I share with you the routine that I perform weekly to improve and enhance my skills as a soccer player.
Los siguientes ejercicios son para la agilidad, coordinación, velocidad y resistencia en nuestras piernas para la mejora de atletas en distintas disciplinas. En mi caso soy futbolista, lo cual utilizo está rutina para ganar velocidad, potencia y aceleración como objetivo primordial.
Es importante que antes de realizar la rutina, se debe hacer un previo calentamiento e estiramiento para evitar, lesiones, dolores en músculos o en articulaciones, un mal movimiento por estar fríos, o un aire muscular.
The following exercises are for agility, coordination, speed and endurance in our legs for the improvement of athletes in different disciplines. In my case I am a soccer player, which I use this routine to gain speed, power and acceleration as a primary objective.
It is important that before performing the routine, you should do a previous warm-up and stretching to avoid injuries, pain in muscles or joints, a bad movement for being cold, or muscle air.
