Una práctica de Yoga espontánea en el Mendoza Tenis Club, Argentina

Hola mis queridos amigos de la comunidad de Full Deportes, FELIZ AÑO NUEVO!! Esta es mi primera publicación del 2023 en esta hermosa comunidad! ¡Espero que estén teniendo un hermoso día! Hace unos días insistí bastante con ir a la piscina porque hacía mucho calor, pero por los días festivos, hubo cambios de horarios.

Finalmente, cuando me acerqué un día de semana en donde me garantizaron que el horario era normal, de pronto la piscina no abría en la mañana sino por la tarde… así que en lugar de regresar a mi casa con tanto sol y calor, decidí relajarme un momento en el césped.

Fue entonces cuando me di cuenta que el escenario era hermoso para compartir una pequeña práctica de Yoga con ustedes, así que arreglé el celular como pude y filmé. Le he llamado espontánea porque no solo me dejé fluir, sino que no tenía donde colocar el celular, ni la colchoneta, ni nada, solo la toalla que usaría para la piscina, jeje.

Así que de esta manera también les comparto que el Yoga es una práctica que puede realizarse siempre, independientemente del equipamiento que tengamos para ello.

A spontaneous Yoga practice at the Mendoza Tenis Club, Argentina

Hello my dear friends of the Full Deportes community, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! This is my first post of 2023 in this beautiful community! I hope you are having a beautiful day! A few days ago I insisted quite a bit with going to the pool because it was so hot, but because of the holidays, there were schedule changes.

Finally, when I went on a weekday where I was assured that the schedule was normal, suddenly the pool was not open in the morning but in the afternoon... so instead of going back to my house with so much sun and heat, I decided to relax for a moment on the lawn.

It was then that I realized that the scenery was beautiful to share a little Yoga practice with you, so I fixed the cell phone as I could and filmed. I called it spontaneous because not only I let myself flow, but I had nowhere to put the cell phone, or the mat, or anything, just the towel I would use for the pool, hehe.

So in this way I also share with you that Yoga is a practice that can always be done, regardless of the equipment we have for it.
