Hello my dear Hivers, I hope you are doing great. Today I come to tell you about the new modality that I implemented in my workouts to meet my new year goals, I signed up at the gym so I can have access to machines and weights and add weight to my training to increase my muscle mass which is one of the goals of the year.
Yesterday was my first day and I worked legs, I left the gym with my legs shaking haha and today everything hurts, but it makes me very happy this little pain of work. As there are days that clash with my gym workouts, I will only go three days a week, since Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I already have them full. Here is a video I prepared yesterday while I was doing my routine, I hope you like it.
