Inspiration|Inspiración

I spend most of my time living in the capital of Venezuela, Caracas. But since the pandemic started, I began to live in San Antonio, in the state of Miranda. San Antonio has beautiful nostalgic views, which combine South American vegetation and a European autumn-like rainy, cold climate. Once I was traveling from Caracas to San Antonio on a bus. I was looking through the window and listening to Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters". The weather was windy and rainy, there were birds flying around and a lonely bus stop caught my eye. I decided to draw it but I didn't take any pictures so I draw the pixel-art using my memory and imagination.

La mayoría del tiempo vivo en la capital de Venezuela, Caracas. Pero desde que empezó la pandemia, empecé a vivir en San Antonio, Estado Miranda. San Antonio tiene bellas y nostálgicas vistas que combinan la vegetación Sur-Americana y un clima lluvioso y frío parecido al de Europa en otoño. Un día estuve trasladándome de Caracas a San Antonio en el bus. Miraba por la ventana y escuchaba la canción de Metallica "Nothing Else Matters". El clima era lluvioso, el viento soplaba fuerte y los pájaros lo aprovechaban dando vueltas en el cielo, también me llamó la atención una parada de bus solitaria. Decidí dibujar ese paisaje, pero no logré tomar ninguna foto asi que dibujé el pixel-art usando mi memoria e imaginación.

I've made the pixel-art in the Pixel Studio app.

Hice el pixel-art en la aplicación Pixel Studio.

To replicate the fly of birds I've analyzed various gif images of birds flying.

Para recrear el vuelo de pájaros analice varias imágenes gif de pájaros volando.

To draw the bus I've used reference images.

Para dibujar el autobus usé imágenes de referencia.

Then I exported the gif and converted it to a video file using a GIF to Video converter. I edited the video using B612 and VITA applications.

Después exporté el archivo gif y lo convertí en video usando el GIF to Video convertidor. Edité el video usando las aplicaciones B612 y VITA.

I've made the lo-fi adaptation of "Nothing Else Matters" in the CAUSTIC app. My favorite app for making music on the smartphone.

Hice la adaptación al lo-fi de "Nothing Else Matters" en la aplicación CAUSTIC, mi favorita para hacer musica en el smartphone.
