    Hello friends.Greetings to all.
    In this video i tried to mention some some benefits of playing some outdoor games in a regular basis.
    Whenever we get time we need to play some outdoor games.That ultimately will keep our body fit and healthy and will rescue ourselves from some diseases and health complications.
    On the otherhand playing too much indoor games is not beneficial for our health.It sometimes causes of gaining extra weight.So it should be within some limitations.
