Hello dear friends, I hope you are feeling great. It's been a while since I posted in this beautiful community. But believe me, I have pending content for you. This time I share with you an unboxing of one of my birthday gifts, last December 9th. Itook the opportunity to record my first impression of the products I was given. The first two products are from a popular brand in Peru called: Portugal and in fact I show you in the video that I have more creams from that brand but they are body creams.

Hola queridos amigos, espero que se encuentren excelente. Ya tengo tiempo sin publicar en esta linda comunidad. Pero créanme, que tengo contenido pendiente para ustedes. En esta ocasión les comparto un unboxing de uno de mis regalos de cumpleaños, el pasado 09 de diciembre. Aproveché para grabar mi primera impresión de los productos que me regalaron.

Los dos primeros productos son de una marca popular en Perú llamada: Portugal. Y de hecho les muestro en el video que tengo más cremas de esa marca pero que son corporales.

I must confess that this is the first time I have products for my face. Well except for soap since I have always bought and when I was a teenager that I was bought the Nivea cream from the blue can, heh, heh, heh, heh I remember they said it was very good for moisturizing the skin and for pimples, I was a pubescent girl wishing they would go away. After adolescence, my skin was completely clear. And until recently I thought my face was oily, but I have combination skin on my face.

Debo confesarles que es la primera vez que tengo productos para mi cara. Bueno a excepción del jabón ya que siempre he comprado y cuando era adolescente que me compraron la crema Nivea de la lata azul, je, je, je recuerdo que decían que era muy buena para hidratar la piel y para las espinillas, yo era una puberta que deseaba que se fueran. Luego de la adolescencia, mi piel se limpió por completo. Y hasta hace poco pensaba que mi cara era grasosa, pero tengo una piel mixta en el rostro.

The truth is, I was excited to have these products because it meant I would start taking more care of my face. By the time I'm writing this, I have a skin rash that made me really unmotivated to welcome the year. But don't worry, it wasn't these products I mention in the video. But rather, I usually have an allergy to pineapple and it burns the corner of my lips horribly. 😌 It always happens to me, but it started to itch and there it reacted with another product I used since I got another Skincare gift for Christmas. Anyway I owe this story to you for the next post, I'm waiting for my skin to improve so I can continue with my moisturizing and my mood.

Lo cierto es que me emocionaba tener estos productos porque significa que empezaría a cuidar más de mi rostro. Para el momento que escribo este texto, tengo una erupción en la piel que me desmotivó muchísimo al recibir el año. Pero no se preocupen, no fueron estos productos que menciono en el video. Sino que suelo tener alergia a la piña y me quema la comisura de los labios horribles. 😌 Siempre me pasa, pero me empezó a picar y allí hizo reacción con otro producto que usé ya que en Navidad me hicieron otro regalo de Skincare. Igual esta historia se las debo para la próxima publicación, estoy esperando que mejore mi piel para poder continuar con mi hidratación y con mi ánimo.

I moved to the third level recently and that bombardment on social media about skin care put a lot of pressure on me because I didn't have products to take care of my face. When I was younger they said that skin care was exclusive to "those who had facial problems". And that I didn't need. 😅 But I have a sister on dad's side who has always taken care of her skin, thousands of creams and products, I didn't want to be like that because I associated it with "vanity". I know I'm wrong, but at the time those were my thoughts. For that same reason I didn't buy makeup and didn't know how to apply it, "after I got old" my mom would say, I started to work on this part of life that I didn't know about. We have to be aware of our own body, take care of it and pamper it with the tools that the modern world offers us.

Pasé al tercer nivel recientemente y ese bombardeo en las redes sociales sobre el cuidado de la piel, me puso mucha presión porque no tenía productos para cuidar mi rostro. Cuando era más joven decían que el cuidado de la piel era exclusivo de "quienes tenían problemas en el rostro". Y que yo no necesitaba. 😅 Pero tengo una hermana por parte de papá que siempre ha cuidado su piel, miles de cremas y productos, yo no quería ser así porque lo asociaba con "vanidad". Sé que es un error, pero en aquel momento esos eran mis pensamientos. Por esa misma razón no compraba maquillaje ni sabía maquillarme, "después de vieja" diría mi mamá es que me puse manos a la obra con esta parte de la vida que desconocía. Hay que ser conscientes de nuestro propio cuerpo, cuidarlo y consentirlo con las herramientas que nos ofrece el mundo moderno.

I'm still very new at this, but I'm already paying attention to my skin care. I'm missing some products like sunscreen for my face, I have a body sunscreen but it's still hard for me to use it all the time. I guess it's something to get used to.

Todavía soy muy novata en esto, pero ya estoy poniéndome atenta con el cuidado de mi piel. Me faltan algunos productos como el bloqueador para el rostro, tengo uno corporal pero es que todavía me cuesta usarlo siempre. Imagino que es algo para acostumbrarse.
