Trabajo mucho también en sesiones cortas pero intensas porque son excelentes en resistencia y mejora de la potencia muscular y sobre todo adquirimos fuerza, es bueno trabajar este tipo de ejercicios porque podemos complementarlos con rutinas que hacemos a diario incorporado con algunos de los ejercicios que prepare para ustedes notaremos cambios en nuestro cuerpo.
