For my fourth set I did dumbbell jump squats doing 5 reps + 5 juice squats and in that same position while juice squatting we'll go up and do some explosive front grip military presses.
Culmine mi rutina de entrenamiento con un ejercicio de pura potencia, realizando de rodillas a sentadillas subiendo en salto y terminando en repiqueteo, todo eso junto a las mancuernas, y volvemos a la posición inicial.
Esta serie de ejercicios esta orientada en fortalecer y definir los músculos del tren superior e inferior, y muy buenos en fuerza y potencia.
I culminate my training routine with a pure power exercise, performing from knees to squats going up in jump and finishing in rattle, all that together with the dumbbells, and we return to the starting position. This series of exercises is aimed at strengthening and defining the muscles of the upper and lower body, and very good in strength and power.
