Ashley Vlogs #1| Quebrada Quintero-National Park El Ávila (Caracas) [ESP-ENG]

Buen díaa chicos espero estén muy bien!! Ayer fui a conectarme un rato con la naturaleza y recargarme de energía en el Ávila, estuve en compañía de mi papá y fuimos específicamente a la Quebrada Quintero. Yo había ido una vez hace mucho tiempo y quise volver a visitarla ya que mi papá no conocía ese sitio y yo no recordaba tanto el lugar, de hecho, ese lado es un poco menos frecuentado (al menos los días de semana) que la ruta de Sabas Nieves en sí, que para los que no saben es un poco más empinada, larga y se va más que todo a hacer ejercicio. La quebrada es un lugar más para relajarse y compartir.

Good morning guys, I hope you are doing well! Yesterday I went to connect for a while with nature and recharge my energy in Avila, I was in the company of my dad and we went specifically to the *Quebrada Quintero*. I had been there once a long time ago and I wanted to visit it again since my dad didn't know that place and I didn't remember the place so much, in fact, that side is a little less frequented (at least on weekdays) than the Sabas Nieves route itself, which for those who don't know is a little steeper, longer and you go mostly for exercise. The ravine is a place to relax and share.

El camino de verdad es bastante cómodo y rápido, perfecto para cualquier persona. Al llegar desayunamos con la bonita vista, luego grabamos, tomamos algunas fotos y disfrutamos del lugar, pudimos admirar mariposas, sobre todo azules durante el camino y en la cascada, esa fue de mis cosas favoritas jaja; el día estaba bastante bonito, estuvimos al rededor de una hora, pasamos una bonita mañana y conectamos todo ese rato con la naturaleza, que bastante que me hacía falta y tan necesario que es...

Sin duda el Ávila es mi lugar favorito de toda la ciudad, tiene mucho por hacer y conocer en ella, es gratis (menos el teleférico) y la verdad que hay rutas para elegir y mucho planes por hacer, espero tener el chance de conocer más lugares pronto y mostrárselos para que se animen a conocer esta hermosa montaña de mi ciudad.

The trail is really quite comfortable and fast, perfect for anyone. When we arrived we had breakfast with the beautiful view, then we recorded, took some pictures and enjoyed the place, we could admire butterflies, especially blue ones along the way and at the waterfall, that was one of my favorite things haha; the day was quite nice, we spent about an hour, we spent a nice morning and connected all that time with nature, which I was missing and so necessary it is ....

Without a doubt the Avila is my favorite place in the whole city, it has a lot to do and know in it, it is free (except the cable car) and the truth is that there are routes to choose from and a lot of plans to do, I hope to have the chance to know more places soon and show them to you so that you are encouraged to know this beautiful mountain of my city.

Yo volvería muchas veces más a la quebrada, para la próxima si o si me llevo ropa para cambiarme y poder bañarme completa en ella, el agua es bastante fría pero ya cuando te climatizas todo fino (aunque una vez que te sales quedas tieso jajaja, pero nada grave).

I would go back many more times to the creek, for the next one I will take clothes to change and to be able to bathe completely in it, the water is quite cold but once you get warm everything is fine (although once you get out you get stiff hahaha, but nothing serious).
