    Mis saludos a todos los amantes del deporte y a esta hermosa comunidad #fulldeportes. Hoy les comparto mi vídeo #8 donde me ejercite con una rutina de ejercicios cardiovasculares y los combiné con algunos movimientos de kickboxing que recordé de cuando iba al gimnasio. Mi meta es reducir la grasa y bajar medidas y al mismo tiempo tonificar los músculos y esta rutina, aunque es bastante básica y para principiantes como yo, involucra prácticamente cada músculo del cuerpo ya nos mantenemos en movimiento desde el inicio hasta el final y con los movimientos de kickboxing le imprimimos presión a los músculos los cuál nos ayudará a tonificar.

    My greetings to all sports lovers and to this beautiful community #fulldeportes. Today I share with you my video #8 where I worked out with a cardio workout routine and combined it with some kickboxing moves that I remembered from when I used to go to the gym. My goal is to reduce fat and lose measurements and at the same time tone muscles and this routine, although it is quite basic and for beginners like me, involves practically every muscle in the body as we keep moving from the beginning to the end and with the kickboxing moves we put pressure on the muscles which will help us to tone.

    El vídeo muestra los movimientos realizados y para cada uno realicé 3 series de 10 repeticiones. La verdad es que sudé muchísimo y me divertí porque estos movimientos nos hacen sentir como poderosos y hasta un poco rudos.
