Después de dos días de un largo viaje con destino a la ciudad de Bogotá, y habernos tomado el merecido descanso post viaje, ya estoy lista para comenzar a entrenar. En una caminata reconociendo el lugar he descubierto un paraíso deportivo. Es el espectacular Complejo Deportivo Gilma Jiménez. Es un lugar dotado de diversas canchas deportivas para diferentes disciplinas y a además tres plataformas con máquinas para ejercitarse. De todo esto les iré compartiendo poco a poco.

Estos son muy buenos ejercicios para ir entrando en calor y les cuento que me fascinó poder ejercitarme al aire libre particularmente porque el clima de Bogotá es ideal para este tipo de actividades.
