Russia's deputy prime minister visits Damascus and discusses Russian contribution in major projects in rebuilding Syria's infrastructure.

In addition to Russia there is a host of countries with real economies and real money capable of helping Syria rebuild and they have already showed interest and some of them are on the ground in Syria advising and studying projects.
