Syrian Pharmaceutical Thameco Producing Azithromycin in Fighting COVID

Thameco, Syria's largest pharmaceutical manufacturer, started producing Azithromycin to help in the country's fight against COVID 19.

The company, tasked by the Syrian government to produce a number of main medicines, was also the main target of the US-sponsored freedom fighters known as FSA one of Al-Qaeda variants in Syria.
