Pomegranate is one of superfood. Rich antioxidants for heart health. Then, pomegranate is really useful to reduce high blood pressure.
Pomegranate is good to consume raw for juice, or the sauce for salad dressing. Or just eat pomegranate seeds with no processing way.
Maybe you will be difficult to find this fruit. But once you found it, no need to be confusing to open the fruit and remove the seeds.
