Esta rutina la verdad les ayudará muchísimo para aumentar tanto nuestra fuerza y resistencia de nuestra espalda, y tambien estaremos trabajando otros musculos como nuestro biceps, y antebrazos. 🦾❤️🔥📈
This routine will really help you a lot to increase our strength and resistance in our back, and we will also be working other muscles such as our biceps and forearms. 🦾❤️🔥📈
Sólo serán 5 ejercios que la verdad me gustan muchísimo, ya que con ellos e podido mejorar mi fuerza y resistencia en mi espalda, y lo mejor es que nos ayudarán muchísimo para otros ejercicios y tambien para mejorar nuestro fisico.🦾❤️🔥📈
