Impossible to forget where we come from #TBT (Esp - Eng Subtitled)

Greetings dear friends, welcome to a new #Tbt.
Today I share with you through this audio visual material some photographs that are very meaningful to me and that revive very emotional memories of my first days in Colombia, many will know as many do not, that I am Venezuelan and about 6 years ago I arrived in Colombia for the situation that everyone already knows I think it's too much to say.

It is a pity that the photographic record is a little scarce because there were few photographs that were captured for the memory, but in the video I detail the emotional of these few images, as everyone knows we left our country in search of a better future, some are doing very well to others very bad, that's the game of being a migrant.

Hoy les comparto a través de este material audio visual una fotografías que son muy significativas para mí y que reviven recuerdos muy emotivos de mis primeros días en Colombia, muchos sabrán como muchos no, que soy Venezolano y hace unos aproximados 6 años llegue a Colombia por la situación que ya todos conocen creo que esta demás decirlo.

Es una lástima que el registro fotográfico es un poco escaso debido a que fueron pocas las fotografías que se lograron capturar para el recuerdo, pero en el video les detallo lo emotivo de estas pocas imágenes, como todos saben salimos de nuestro país en busca de un mejor futuro, a algunos les va muy bien a otros muy mal, así es el juego de ser migrante.

I am a computer engineer, graduated in Venezuela, once I finished my career I left the country with the expectation of possibly exercising my career, but being newly arrived in another country becomes a little difficult for the labor issue and more when you get to a city where getting a job is extremely difficult and more when we have a profession, but in the same way we always maintain the hope of improving our economic condition, maybe my first jobs were not the best but I am not complaining about it either, because thanks to these jobs like for example the one of cutting the bush, was one of those that gave me my first pesos in Colombia, in fact with what I earned that day you could buy meals for at least 3 days, today everything is more expensive but that is another topic, here what I want to emphasize is that we must always be grateful to God for everything that allows us to have and not to forget where we come from.

Today I remember these photographs from so long ago, precisely on October 10, 2018 when in my mind was roaming that idea that I was in another country cutting bush to earn a few pesos, and it seemed a lie but that the pure reality, today I have a job a little more stable although not very well paid but my situation if has changed quite a bit. Soy ingeniero en informática, graduado en Venezuela, una vez que culmine mi carrera me fui del país con la expectativa de posiblemente ejercer mi carrera, pero el estar recién llegado a otro país se torna un poco difícil por la cuestión laboral y más cuando llegas a una ciudad donde conseguir empleo es sumamente difícil y más cuando tenemos una profesión, pero de igual forma siempre mantenemos la esperanza de poder mejorar nuestras condición económica, quizá mis primeros empleos no fueron los mejores pero tampoco me quejo de ello, pues gracias a estos trabajos como por ejemplo el de cortar monte, fue uno de los que me dieron mis primeros pesos en Colombia, de hecho con lo que me gane ese día se podía comprar comidas para al menos 3 días, hoy todo está más costoso pero ese es otro tema, aquí lo que quiero resaltar en que debemos siempre estar agradecidos con Dios por todo los que nos permite tener y a no olvidar de dónde venimos.

Hoy recuerdo estas fotografías desde hace tanto tiempo, precisamente el 10 de octubre del año 2018 cuando por mi mente rondaba esa idea de que estaba en otro país cortando monte para ganarme unos pesos, y parecía mentira pero esa la pura realidad, hoy en día tengo un empleo un poco más estable aunque no muy bien remunerado pero mi situación si ha cambiado bastante.
