    Es posible entrenar sólo 30 minutos y trabajar el cuerpo completo de forma eficaz y eficiente? La respuesta es un ROTUNDO SI, la clave del entrenamiento no la dá el tiempo que se entrena, sino el estimulo que le damos a los músculos, por eso es importante que aprendas a jugar con los tiempos y el AMRAP es un protocolo del Crossfit excelente para eso, porque solo debes repetir todas las rondas que puedas en un tiempo establecido y listo😁

    En este entrenamiento tienes 4 ejercicios con cortas repeticiones, siempre y cuando vayas a tu ritmo, cuidando la técnica al realizarlos puedes hacer estos 30 minutos de manera que al estar entrenando no parezcan 30 minutos sino más, así podrás comprimir el tiempo para realizar el estimulo necesario a tus musculos💪
