    Hola mis amigos, espero estén muy bien, dejo por acá una rutina genial para trabajar todo el cuerpo y les dejo una opción para principiantes y para avanzados, sin excusas así que vamos con todo a mover el cuerpo, trabajando ejercicios con nuestro peso corporal 👊🔥

    El objetivo principal de todo entrenamiento es estimular el musculo, nunca lo olvides, no es machacarlo, tampoco es buscar cosas fuera de lo normal, al menos que busques resultados de otro nivel, tienes que irte por otro rumbo, esto te lo comento porque las redes sociales han aumentado la cantidad de expectativas falsas con respecto a los resultados que queremos lograr 🙃

    Por un lado tenemos a los que tienen un super físico bien desarrollado y por ponerles un ejemplo simple, si tienen el Six pack, te ponen una rutina de abdominales y la gente rápidamente cree que si hace esos abdominales, tendrá el mismo resultado 😒 y NO es así, El otro extremo es Peor, porque tenemos personas que no saben lo que postean, exponiendo a muchas personas a lesiones con rutinas mal hechas, sin técnica, recetas de tes o jugos raros, que supuestamente te chuparan la grasa y es FALSO, lamentablemente estas personas tienen mucha exposición y se alejan de la realidad, y es que si eres consistente con un estilo de vida saludable y activo, siguiendo un plan personalizado, podras ver TUS resultados, no los de otra persona y aprenderás lo más importante de todo, que es lo valioso de trabajar en ti, sin seguir a estos Farsantes 😎

    RUTINA
    ✅ 10 Sentadillas 🦵
    ✅ 20 Saltos (Tijera o Skiping) 🔥
    ✅ 10 Abdominales (Crunch o Sit ups) 🖐️
    ✅ 10 Push Ups 💪🔥

    Luego de terminada la primera ronda descansas 30 Segundos y Principiantes hacen 3 rondas, Avanzados 4 Rondas en total y listo, espero que les haya gustado esta rutina y lo intenten en casa 💪

    ROUTINE
    ✅ 10 Squats 🦵
    ✅ 20 Lunges (Scissors or Skipping) 🔥
    ✅ 10 Crunches (Crunch or Sit ups) 🖐️
    ✅ 10 Push Ups 💪🔥

    After finishing the first round you rest 30 Seconds and Beginners do 3 rounds, Advanced 4 Rounds total and that's it, I hope you liked this routine and try it at home 💪
