    Hola amigos hoy quiero dejarles una rutina brutal para trabajar el tren superior de forma intensa, usando un par de bancos como soporte, en este caso usaremos las repeticiones como una pirámide para ir aumentando la intensidad y trabajar bien los brazos💪

    Una de las cosas más importantes que en lo personal aplico cuando voy a realizar estos entrenamientos exigentes, es el ir practicando cada movimiento por individual 1 o 2 veces por semana para ir dominando cada movimiento en el momento de anexarlo a una rutina💪 hasta que no logro dominar unas 10 repeticiones, no lo agrego ya que la clave es que pueda dominar el ejercicio y no que el ejercicio te domine a ti🔥

    Siempre hablo de la intensidad en los entrenamientos pero la técnica es super importante dominar por encima de querer terminar todo rápido, no es la ideal por eso mentalizate en ir con las repeticiones como estan indicadas en el video, 10-20-30-20-10 En total haremos 90 repeticiones de cada ejercicio por eso tomate el tiempo de dominar movimientos para que puedas hacerlo en tu rutina, espero les guste y logren hacerla💪
