    La excusa mĆ”s escuchada por muchas personas que no comienzan a entrenar es: NO TENGO TIEMPO😫 y esto sucede porque hay una mala idea de creer que la gente que si entrena y si tiene resultados tiene 27 horas al dĆ­a o simplemente no hace nada mĆ”s que entrenar y prepara comidas, lo cuĆ”l es absolutamente falso, ya que tu solo haces aquello que consideras importante y lo demĆ”s lo dejas fuera de tus prioridadesšŸ™ƒ

    The most heard excuse by many people who do not start training is: I DO NOT HAVE TIME😫 and this happens because there is a bad idea of believing that people who train and have results have 27 hours a day or simply do nothing more than training and preparing meals, which is absolutely false, since you only do what you consider important and the rest you leave out of your prioritiesšŸ™ƒ.


    Seamos sinceros sin pelos en la lengua, ese es el lenguaje que yo personalmente siempre uso cuando trabajo estos temas y lo digo porque? Les pongo un ejemplo, mi esposa y yo tenemos 2 hijos, uno de 4 aƱos y una nena de 7 meses, ambos demandan energĆ­a, tiempo y dedicación, tenemos 1 negocio online que manejamos desde casa, adicional a otras actividades que hacemos y mi esposa cocina, lava, a mi me toca limpiar, baƱar al niƱo, a veces a la niƱa y jugar con ellos mientras ella cocina o hace otras cosas y con todo eso dentro de la casa, entrenamos en casa igualšŸ’Ŗ entonces no es cosa de tener mas tiempo, es de saber hacerlo eficiente a nuestro favor

    Cuando aprendimos los entrenamientos funcionales en el Crossfit, que no vivĆ­amos juntos, no tenĆ­amos hijos, muchas personas nos decĆ­an que no iban por falta de tiempo, cuando en realidad sabemos que es una excusa, simple y claro, la diferencia radica en la prioridad que le des al ejercicio en tu vida, si es importante tendrĆ”s el tiempo, si piensas que no lo es ya lo pondrĆ”s en tu escala de valores como "NO IMPORTANTE" por lo tanto dĆ” igual si te ejercitas o no, la contradicción viene cuando exiges resultados sin el requisito principal que es: ENTRENAR, es como pedirle frutos a un arbol que jamĆ”s sembrastešŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø

    When we learned functional training in Crossfit, we did not live together, we did not have children, many people told us that they did not go for lack of time, when in fact we know that it is an excuse, simple and clear, the difference lies in the priority you give to exercise in your life, if it is important you will have the time, if you think it is not you will already put it on your scale of values as "NOT IMPORTANT" therefore it does not matter if you exercise or not, the contradiction comes when you demand results without the main requirement that is: TRAINING, it is like asking for fruits from a tree that you never planted🤦


    Como solucionar este problema contradictorio? Lo primero es preguntarte; que es lo que realmente deseas y en base a eso establecer prioridades, si estas en disposición de hacer un cambio real, lo recomendable es empezar firme pero sostenible, cuando aprendí este protocolo de TABATA me encantó, porque igualmente sentía que tenía que hacer 1 hora de ejercicios o no entrenar, eso no es así, en muchísimas ocasiones he sido testigo de resultados mÔs impÔctantes con 20 minutos diarios en unos 90 días, que los que veo en 1 año de gente que va a perder el tiempo en un gym y eso no significa que esté mal ir al gym, sino que la eficiencia para esto no aplica en un mundo donde tienes el tiempo super corto, el gym no abre o simplemente hay mucha gente y debes esperar 3 o hasta 4 personas para tomar tu maquina, cualquier cosa puede ser un ejemplo de no ser eficiente😁

    Por eso me encantó el TABATA, porque son 8 ejercicios donde haces 20 segundos de cada ejercicio y 10 segundos para descansar entre ejercicios, eso dĆ” un total de 4 minutos, parece poco? Espera a hacerlo y verĆ”s como el tiempo puede ser relativo😁 y despuĆ©s como haces? te toca descansar 1 minuto y retomar el Tabata, lo genial es que hay canciones que ya estĆ”n con este formato, puedes conseguirla en cualquier plataforma y te guias con la mĆŗsica ya que tiene su marcación especifica y si sacas la cuenta, como mĆ”ximo haces unos 4 TABATAS, son 16 minutos entrenando + el minuto que descansas, tardas 20 minutos, esto puedes hacerlo con tu peso corporal como estĆ” en el video o con pesas, combinados es una fusión poderosa, mira bien la tĆ©cnica y hazlo correcto por los 20 segundos, sin importar cuantas repeticiones hagas, lo importante es desarrollar la resistencia, espero les guste esta rutina y ahora si, SIN EXCUSASšŸ‘ŠšŸ’ŖšŸ”„
