Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes espero que estén bien, llegamos a la mitad de la semana y no se si les comenté que empecé a entrenar temprano con unos amigos 5:00am arrancando con los Burpees como calentamiento, para luego hacer la rutina y hoy fueron 20 Rondas realmente exigentes por la fatiga haciendo su trabajo y grabe las ultimas 3 para mostrarles en vivo 💪😁

Iniciamos este entrenamiento con 5 Burpees, 10 Sentadillas y 15 Animal Flows, eso compone 1 Ronda, luego unos segundos de recuperación a tu ritmo y esto lo repetimos 20 veces en total, son 20 Rondas donde la fatiga hará su trabajo, pero de eso se trata, de hacer en entrenamiento de forma intensa para mejorar nuestra resistencia y fuerza, no importa cuanto tardes, completa tus 20 Rondas, dime que te parece ests rutina y si te animas a probarla 💪
We start this workout with 5 Burpees, 10 Squats and 15 Animal Flows, that makes up 1 Round, then a few seconds of recovery at your pace and this we repeat 20 times in total, are 20 Rounds where fatigue will do its job, but that's what it's about, to do in training intensely to improve our endurance and strength, no matter how long it takes, complete your 20 Rounds, tell me what you think ests routine and if you dare to try it 💪.
