    Feliz domingo mis amigos, espero que hayan tenido una semana excelente en sus cosas para cerrarla con todo, les tengo una super rutina intensa de 10 minutos para fortalecer los brazos, en realidad trabajaremos todo el tren superior de forma intensa por 10 minutos y la verdad es que van a parecer los 10 minutos más largos de tu vida si la haces pero sentirás los brazos en llamas🔥💪

    El formato que usaremos para esta rutina es un formato TABATA pero inverso es decir; 10 segundos a full con el ejercicio y 20 segundos de descanso, van a ser 5 ejercicio y haremos cada ejercicio 4 vueltas para completar 2 minutos en cada ejercicio, NO puedes hacer trampa, debes estar ya en posición al comenzar los 10 segundos de ejercicip, porque trabajamos la intensidad💪🔥
    The format that we will use for this routine is a TABATA format but inverse that is to say; 10 seconds to full with the exercise and 20 seconds of rest, there will be 5 exercises and we will do each exercise 4 laps to complete 2 minutes in each exercise, you can NOT cheat, you must be already in position at the beginning of the 10 seconds of exercise, because we work the intensity💪🔥.

    A medida que vayas aumentando cada ejercicio, vas a sentir que los 10 segundos serán los más largos de tu vida, porque la fatiga empezará a hacer su trabajo y eso es lo que queremos, muchas veces la gente me dice cosas como; es que es muy difícil y me agoto con tal rutina y yo respondo😃 esa es la idea 😂 si no llegas al punto de sentir el esfuerzo, como quieres que tus músculo se fortalezcan si no das tu 100%?🤔

    Obviamente una advertencia acá y es que tu 100% no tiene porque ser mi 100% tu tienes que dar tu máximo a tu nivel, no te compares, siempre debes tener como objetivo hacerlo cada vez mejor en comparación a como lo hiciste antes, tu meta es el progreso, así que ponte tu mejor ropa deportiva, activa tu mejor actitud y a darle con todo😎💪🔥
