    Hola amigos de @fulldeportes, espero estén super bien, hoy les tengo algo que me han pedido muchas personas, que quieren iniciar sus ejercicios, pero que sienten que no pueden hacerlo, o simplemente no saben como comenzar a entrenar con los Burpees, por eso es uno de los ejercicios más completos, pero a la vez más temidos, porque es una combinación de varios movimientos y si apenas inicias en esto, es entendible, que no quieras intentarlo, pero no pasa nada, acá te dejo una rutina inicial sólo para principiantes con Burpees 💪🔥

    Esta Rutina es simple, sobretodo para personas que tienen un sobrepeso considerable o aquellos que apenas empiezan a dar sus primeros pasos en los ejercicios, si tienes una silla o un banco, usalos a tu favor, recostado de la pared para que no se te mueva y listo, ya tienes como empezar ahora viene lo bueno que es el Burpee Nivel 0 para principiantes con el uso de este banco hacemos una plancha en diagonal paso a paso, con cada repetición debes hacerla según tu nivel, acá lo importante es mantener ese ritmo, ya sea de 5 repeticiones o 10 repeticiones, pero son 10 Rondas🔥🔥🔥💪

    Luego tenemos el siguiente paso, solo cuando ya domines el Burpee con el banco, solo en ese momento pasamos al piso directamente, para que lo hagas paso a paso o un poco más avanzado, lo importante es que sumes todas las repeticiones, ya sea que hagas 5 o 10 repeticiones, lo importante acá es que concretes tus 10 rondas🔥 y podrás ver que en cualquier nivel que hagas el burpee, no lo subestimes, porque podrás ver que si está trabajando tu tren inferior y tu tren superior y podrás avanzar sólo si logras ser constante con tu rutina😃
