Vamos al día cinco del INKTOBER 2021 en donde el tema era la palabra en inglés RAVEN, la cual traduce al español como CUERVO.

English version:
We go to day five of INKTOBER 2021 where the topic was the word RAVEN.

La Referencia:

Para hacer esta ilustración utilicé para el cuervo una referencia conseguida en internet, y para el rostro y pose de la chica no usé refeerencia, fue completamente de mi imaginación.

The Reference:
To make this illustration, I used a reference from the internet for the raven, and for the face and pose of the girl I did not use a reference, it was completely the product of my imagination.

El Boceto:

Lo primero en el boceto son las líneas guías, hice trazos muy suaves para marcar la figura del cuervo y la chica, y posteriormente comence a entintar por el área del pico del cuervo, creo que esta parte era la que representaba mayor reto para mí.

Lamentablemente no tomé muchas fotos en el proceso de realización de esta ilustración, apenas algunas fotos del proceso de intintado que les muestro a continuación:

The Sketch:
The first thing in the sketch is the guide lines, I made very soft strokes to mark the figure of the raven and the girl, and later I began to ink in the area of the crow's beak, I think this part was the one that represented the greatest challenge for me.

Unfortunately I did not take many photos in the process of making this illustration, just a few photos of the inking process that I show you below:

Como anécdota les puedo contar que entintando el cuervo tardé un poco mas de tres horas, pensé que sería rápido, pero me equivoqué, loa detalles de las plumas, las sombras y las luces me llevaron mucho tiempo.

As an anecdote I can tell you that inking the raven it took a little more than three hours, I thought it would be fast, but I was wrong, the details of the feathers, the shadows and the lights took me a long time.

Pude grabar algunas fracciones del proceso de entintado, espero les guste el video que hice para ustedes.

I was able to record some fractions of the inking process, I hope you like the video I made for you.

Los materiales que utilicé para esta ilustración fueron los siguientes:

Cartulina opalina tamaño carta.
Un lápiz escolar, sacapuntas y un borrador.
Un bolíbrafo y un estilógrafo negro 0.5 (0.45mm) marca MICRON.
Un marcador punta de pincel gris.

The materials I used for this illustration were the following:

Letter-size opaline card.

A school pencil, pencil sharpener and an eraser.

A pen and a black 0.5 (0.45mm) stylus from MICRON.

A gray brush tip marker.
