The consistency of seitan is like meat and with it we can prepare different dishes, example: Milanesas, fillets, steak.

In a bowl we mix the pound of wheat flour with two cups of water, mix well.
We mix until the mixture does not stick to our hands.
Then we add water and begin to remove the starch, we repeat this until the water comes out almost transparent.

we flatten it with our hands or a roller.
We begin to put them in the boiling water with the dressings of our preference in my case I add, long onion, big onion, praprika, thyme, oregano, salt.
Let it cook for 30 minutes and then you prepare them as you want.
If the fillet is left on this occasion, it was prepared in steak, but they can be breaded, or fried.
Cut the fillet into small pieces and add tomato and onion and you are done.
