(Esp/Eng) Aterrando - ando : Criptidos/El monstruo del Lago Ness

¡Hola amantes del terror! Hoy, estamos junto a mi colega del horror @promete0sz nuevamente en esta subsección del podcast aterrando-ando titulada Criptidos. Como su titulo lo dice, aquí hablaremos de toda clase de criptidos, es decir, de animales cuya existencia aun no esta comprobada pero que tienen fuerza en varias regiones del mundo llegando incluso, a tener su propia ciencia que lo estudia llamada Criptozoologia.

Hello horror lovers! Today, we are with my horror colleague @promete0sz again in this subsection of the podcast aterrando-ando entitled Cryptides. As its title says, here we will talk about all kinds of cryptids, that is, animals whose existence is not yet proven but that have strength in various regions of the world even having their own science that studies it called Cryptozoology.

En el día de hoy, hablaremos de uno de los criptidos mas famosos de la historia: El monstruo del Lago Ness.

La historia de este ser criptozoologico, se remonta allá por el siglo IV, en la época que el santo Columba recorría aquellos lugares y este aseguro espantar a dicho monstruo con rezos luego de que matara un hombre. A partir de ese momento, la historia de Nessi, como se le dice cariñosamente, se volvió furor y muchos intentaron captarlo en cámaras pero no tuvieron éxito hasta la década de los años 30, cuando, aparecía por primera vez, Nessi en una fotografía pero que, décadas después, se descubrió la verdad detrás de dicha foto y de muchas mas que le siguieron.

Today, we will talk about one of the most famous cryptids in history: The Loch Ness Monster.

The history of this cryptozoological being goes back to the IV century, at the time when the saint Columba was traveling through those places and he assured to scare the monster with prayers after he killed a man. From that moment on, the story of Nessi, as he is affectionately called, became all the rage and many tried to capture him on camera but were unsuccessful until the 1930's, when, for the first time, Nessi appeared in a photograph but, decades later, the truth behind that photo and many more that followed was discovered.
