Hello Viewers my this video is a part of organic food series our today organic food is chopped mutton cooked in mud pot with organic ingredients.
Nowadays due to cooking in metal pots and using artificial flavours and ingredients in almost all type of food which we cook and eat at our home.
every second person of society is suffering from cardiac diseases, stomach cancer, liver fat, kidney disorder etc.
The main logic behind this spell of diseases is eating and cooking non organic food in non organic way leading to the path of cancer and death.
today I have shown the proper way how to cook food organically at bone fire and in mud pot and following the village life style.
first of all I kept the mud pot at bonfire then I kept the chopped mutton in water filled in that mud pot I boiled it for 1.5 hour then after that I added spices which were black pepper salt red chilli garlic etc then I after boiling added potatoes and cooking oil which was organic then after that I cooked 30 minutes and finally that is prepared !
