THIS IS THE BEST TIME TO BUILD OUT YOUR DECK

The crypto and financial markets seem to be heading for more trouble this week and that only means one thing - it's time to focus on building up your deck!

The effects of the market will no doubt filter down into the Splinterlands economy, but for players this is a golden opportunity to grab cards both new and old at very reasonable prices. And if you want to roll the dice instead of buying cards off the market, packs are still available and will be for the foreseeable future.

I've been looking specifically at Untamed and Dice cards as they are both down quite a bit from recent highs towards the end of last year. Modern formant will be my primary focus and while everyone is worried about how their investments are doing, card prices should be at some of the best entry points we've seen in a couple of months.

Of course, prices can always go down further and I do believe a ruthless bear market is upon us, but Splinterlands is a game that rewards you for what you put into it. And if you choose to put your time and energy in during the lulls and low moments, the inevitable return to a bull market in 1 month or 3 years will pay off.
