Freestyle with Folklore [ENG/ESP]

Hola gente de #HIVE, esta es la primera vez que comparto contenido musical y estoy muy felíz de presentar mi Freestyle. Actualmente el freestyle significa algo muy importante para mi porque esto es mi trabajo: canto en el transporte público. En ese lugar he conocido gente grandiosa, he crecido profesionalmente y he roto barreras como el miedo, la duda y la inseguridad. Aprendí a improvisar en Medellín, Colombia desde el 2018 y 2019; mi primera vez fue en un bus y hoy lo hago en los trenes

This time, I wanted to share a freestyle from the street. I was walking near the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar in Barcelona with my girlfriend when we stumbled upon these artists from Venezuela and Colombia playing folklore music. This piece is Venezuelan and is composed by Arpa, Cuatro, Bajo and Maracas. When I heard that, I got closer to appreciate the music and potentially collaborate. My heart sped up, different feelings took over me and I thought “oh, I wan to try to freestyle with this melody”

Esta vez, busco compartir el freestyle en la calle. Estaba caminando con mi novia cerca de la Basílica de Santa María del Mar en Barcelona con mi novia cuando nos topamos con unos artistas de Venezuela y Colombia tocando música folklore. Esta pieza es Venezolana y está compuesta por Arpa, Cuatro, Bajo y Maracas. Cuando escuché esto me acerqué para apreciar la música y ayudar. Mi corazón se aceleró, sentí un encuentro de emociones y pensé "oh, quiero probar hacer un freestyle con esta melodía".

When I started, people in the Plaza started getting closer to listen to us and, luckily, someone recorded it and shared the video with me. My lyrics include: « How much I miss you, Venezuela. I would like to go back but I have to stay because I need to work ».

cuando empecé la gente de la plaza se acercó a escuchar y por sorpresa alguien grabó el momento y lo compartió conmigo. En mi letra incluyo "cuanto te extraño Venezuela quisiera regresar, pero tengo que quedarme porque hay que trabajar".

Many people turn to music as a method of work and thanks to it, they can pay their expenses and help their families. In addition to sharing their feelings and vibes through an instrument and meeting interesting people, they can develop personally and grow their passions and talents.

Muchas personas recurren a la música como métido de trabajo y gracias a ésto pueden cubrir sus gastos y ayudar a sus familiares. Adicionalmente compartir sus sentimientos y sus vibras a través de un instrumento y conocer gente interesante, pueden desarrollarse personalmente y hacer crecer sus pasiones y talentos.
