Podcast Life Talk - My New Co-Host

I am very grateful to God and to all those who have supported me with this Life Talk project. So far it has been well received and those who watch the interviews are receiving encouragement, support, and in some way, are being helped. In addition to that, the team of Coaches involved in this project also continues to grow. Today I want to introduce you to my new Co-Host. I know you will love her.

Estoy muy agradecido con Dios y con todos aquellos que me han apoyado con este proyecto de Life Talk project. Hasta la fecha ha sido bien recibido y aquellos que ven las entrevistas están recibiendo ánimo, apoyo y en alguna forma, ayuda. Además de eso el equipo de Coaches involucrados en este proyecto también sigue creciendo. Hoy les quiero presentar a mi nueva Co-Anfitriona. Sé que les encantará.

Anna Grantner has a Masters of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a BSc. in Psychology from Michigan State University. A certified Life, Spiritual, Peer and Emotional Intelligence Coach, Anna specializes in personal transformation and emotional wellness. She has 20 years of social work experience focusing on leadership and executive management. For the past 18 years, Anna has provided individual and group support for people in various personal crises. Her biggest passion is mentoring others to achieve their life purpose and be the best version of themselves. Anna loves to work out and spend time with her dog from her home base in sunny Mexico.

Anna Grantner tiene un Máster en Trabajo Social por la Universidad de Michigan y una licenciatura en Psicología por la Universidad Estatal de Michigan. Es certificada como Coach de Vida, Coach Espiritual, Peer Coach y Coach de Inteligencia Emocional. Anna se especializa en la transformación personal y el bienestar emocional. Tiene 20 años de experiencia en el trabajo social, centrándose en el liderazgo y la gestión ejecutiva. Durante los últimos 18 años, Anna ha proporcionado apoyo individual y de grupo a personas en diversas crisis personales. Su mayor pasión es orientar a otros para que alcancen su propósito de vida y sean la mejor versión de sí mismos. A Anna le encanta hacer ejercicio y pasar tiempo con su perro en su hogar en el soleado México.
