    About :

I will be rounding up the gear that helped me get to 300 subs on Youtube and
also helped my posts get more traction on Steemit and Hive. I will
sow both gaming and vlog stuff. Maybe you want to review equipment you
get, round up your equipment or recommend gear and you want to film with your
    phone.
Most of the time, the equipment I see most YouTubers have is
pretty expensive. I am thinking "wow" because not everyone can
save 1K for a camera or 300 bucks for a mic. Here I will show you budget gear.
I game on the PS4 mainly. I record my PS4 gameplay with an Elgato. I have more info on this

    blog post: https://gamingwithjazz.com/how-to-record-your-ps4-gameplay/

I link blog post(s) where I talk about said equipment in case there is info I forgot either in my
des or the video. Then I have extra info in a blog post from my
    bussiness blog

I explain the issues I had when using the PS4's recorder that pushed me to get
    a capture card.
I basically explain on the console you are limited as to how long you can record.
You also can't record PS now games with the PS4's recorder. I also have no way of
    checking up on your audio.

(before my snowball mic died) i used it for gaming videos and the Upgraded
    condenser
mic for commentary videos/voice-over videos. I won the snowball in a giveaway.
Overall, I am happy with the quality the Snowball gives

Here is a blog review of the snowball that I did: https://gamingwithjazz.com/blue-snowball-ice-mic-review/

Now that my snowball died I am down to the condenser mic. I say this mic
is pretty great for the price. Keep in mind these mics are trial and error. Everyone's
filming space is different and such

Here I talk about the new mic I got: https://gamingwithjazz.com/2021-upgraded-condenser-mic-unboxing/
The thing i like about this mic is it blocks out background noise which really helps
you if you stream or do Podcasts etc.
This saves me a lot of time when editing the audio to enhance it.

Recording your face; maybe you want to unbox and review your gear. I used my phone to make this video. I use the selfie camera so if I run out of space, I will
see it to avoid recording something good then I go back and it stoppe 2 mins in
    due to low storage space.

I also suggest an external mic for your phone. When I made videos during my broke
Youtuber days, the most thing people pointed out was the
    sound.

You can grab a lav mic for your phone. I did an unboxing and test of the lav mic:https://gamingwithjazz.com/lavalier-microphone-unboxing/

phones have good audio, the farther you are away from the phone, the less crisp the sound is. Also the your surroundings can play a role since phone mics tend to
pick up a lof of things

Next you will need something to stablize your footage. Another common comment
I got was that my footage is shaky. Its important you look into a tripod/selfie stick.
Most phones come with stabiizers already built-in. It seems like when the phone ages
the phone's anti-shake isn't as great as it used to be.

For lighting I use a ringlight that I got for around 30 bucks. I found a short desk ringlight
at 5 Below for 10 bucks. I got it in 2020 and it still works like a charm.

Tripod. I found some short tripods since I am sitting in a good chunk of my videos.
Know what kind of videos you want to do so you know how tall your tripod needs to
    be.
During my broke days. I asked for advice and a good amount of people pointed out
the camera angle being too low.
Now about that vlogging kit, maybe you want something travel/space friendly.
When you travel with public transport, they have limits when it comes to
baggage. Getting a nice vlogging kit and camera bag to store your gear is key since you
can bring the bag with you on the plane or bus (however you're traveling)
I have a blog post about the vlogging gear: https://gamingwithjazz.com/the-best-vlogging-gear-to-start-vlogging/

This stuff helped me with my channel and on these sites as well. You don't need pricy equipment (unless you want to) but really its all about learning tricks to enhance the experience.
