I just need to vent

So my grandma is getting a new truck. For some reason, she doesn't trust me despite
having no at-fault accidents on my record. I haven't been in any accidents, period.
the old car needs repairs that I don't have money for
for an unkown amount of time, I will he stuck at home
can't get meds, can't get food, have to have stuff delivered with-in range
have to have over-the counter meds delivered. I usually order what I couldn't find in store
I feel like I am being punished for thngs out of my control
like running over bumps and potholes
how can I avoid potholes when they are EVERYWHERE?!
I either need to come up with the extra money or be stuck at home for half a year
with my benefits alone, it will take longer. I would guess repairs would be in the1ks
if I have an appointments, I would have to take Uber/lyft

or pray the place that can fix the car have payment plans. idk
it just sucks that 6 years of no accidents isn't enough.
