Resumen de actividades de Abril / Summary of April activities

Estuve un poco ausente de Hive durante estos días, ya que tuve la oportunidad de tomarme unos días de vacaciones motivado a mi cumpleaños, sin embargo durante este mes de abril si tuve varias actividades que me gustaría compartirles.

El 11 de abril tuve una actividad muy divertida, gratificante y destacando con mis mejores tiempos según la app de strava para lo que fue una carrera de 3km, con un tiempo promedio de 8:15min/km la actividad puedes verificarla aquí:

I was a little absent from Hive during these days, as I had the opportunity to take a few days off due to my birthday, however during this month of April I did have several activities that I would like to share with you.

On April 11 I had a very fun and rewarding activity, highlighting with my best times according to the strava app for what was a 3km race, with an average time of 8:15min/km, you can check the activity here: 11 de abril

Luego de esta actividad estuve de viaje y allí si estuve ausente de las pistas, pero luego durante esta última semana tuve dos actividades importantes realizadas en el Gym:

Fueron 30min por cada actividad, para un recorrido total de 2,5km + 5.66km

Actividades que me ayudaron mucho para recuperar un poco el ritmo.

Con esto quería compartir con ustedes lo que ha sido un pequeño resumen de mis actividades de running durante este mes hermoso de abril, espero para Mayo poder seguir sumando Km, noté que en la comunidad hay nuevos roles y me anima mucho intentar llegar al rol de tortuguita, sería una linda tortuguita 🐢
