As we go through our lives, we pick up lots of different beliefs, habits & thought patterns through personal experiences or even social conditioning...a lot of them are subconsciously processed...

One of them is living in familiarity. This is not a huge talked about topic but it really hit me today how so many of us are afraid to leave this particular energy. It is almost as if our lives depended on it....

But what if I told you there is a way to remove that roadblock? In this video, I share my own personal experience with familiarity, the pros & cons & that one way to break out of it in your life...
