Esperando se encuentren todos muy bien, les envío un abrazo a la distancia, desde Ezeiza, Argentina.
La pasión por la bicicleta y gracias a la invitación de un amigo ciclista, Rubén Orellana, volvimos a la ciudad de Lobos, provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Esta vez, una carrera 100% rural bike, en pareja y contra reloj. Es decir, se toma el tiempo de partida y de llegada. Y quienes realizan los mejores tiempos, son los ganadores.

Hoping you are all very well, I send you a hug from a distance, from Ezeiza, Argentina.
The passion for cycling and thanks to the invitation of a cycling friend, Ruben Orellana, we returned to the city of Lobos, province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This time, a 100% rural bike race, in pairs and against the clock. That is to say, the starting and finishing time is taken. And those who make the best times, are the winners.

El evento es realizado, por un grupo de ciclista, denominado LOBOS en BICI y conjuntamente, con la municipalidad de Lobos, llevan a cabo, tan magnífico evento.

The event is carried out by a group of cyclists, called LOBOS en BICI and together with the municipality of Lobos, they carry out such a magnificent event.

El valor de la inscripción es de 10 dólares aproximadamente, eso incluye la hidratación en carrera, frutas, medallas y algo muy importante, la cobertura médica.

The registration fee is approximately 10 dollars, which includes hydration during the race, fruits, medals and something very important, medical coverage.

Esta vez no fue nuestro amigo cocinero Trejo y tuvimos que improvisar, con un sandwich de bondiola y unas papas fritas. Debo reconocer, que no es la mejor nutrición, luego de una competencia, pero es lo que había y lo disfrutamos en demasía.

This time our cook friend Trejo was not there and we had to improvise, with a bondiola sandwich and some french fries. I must admit that it is not the best nutrition after a competition, but it is what we had and we enjoyed it very much.

Si algo se puede medir, significa que se puede mejorar. Es por eso, que coloco las posiciones en que quedamos. En la categoría salimos décimo y en la general, quedamos en el puesto 58, de más de 100 parejas. Con un promedio de velocidad de 30 km/hora, con máximos de 36 km/hora. Realmente, pese a nuestras bicicletas que no son tope de gama, hicimos un trabajo sensacional. Quedamos muy conformes.

If something can be measured, it means it can be improved. That is why I am placing the positions in which we were. In the category we came tenth and in the overall, we were in 58th place, out of more than 100 couples. With an average speed of 30 km/hour, with maximums of 36 km/hour. Really, despite our bikes are not top of the range, we did a sensational job. We were very satisfied.

En la premiación, ya no me pude quedar. Les comparto algunos de los premios, que normalmente se entregan a los primeros 5 de cada categoría y a los primeros 3 de la general. También, se realizan sorteos y demás.

I could not stay for the awards ceremony. I share with you some of the prizes, which are usually given to the first 5 in each category and the first 3 overall. Also, there are raffles and so on.
