¡Continuamos!

El año 2022 avanzó muy rápido vino cargado de grandes retos personales y profesionales de los que estoy inmensamente agradecida, sobre todo de cada momento que he vivido hasta ahora junto a personas especiales: familias, amistades y colegas.

Reconozco que no fue mi mejor año como creadora de contenido frecuente, se debe a que tuve más de 3 trabajos a la vez, mudanzas, cambios y sobre todo que ha sido un desafío adaptarme a las nuevas exigencias digitales de mostrarse, porque soy bastante introvertida, algo resistente a las redes sociales, a pesar que hace algunos años trabajo en áreas de gestión social, gestión de la información, marketing y copywriting, me gusta la comodidad de estar tras de escena, aunque eso no es suficiente, hay que ir por más.

No obstante, cuando comenzó el año pasado conocí a Hive, luego de publicar ideas y pensamientos mediante la Web2 y por vueltas que da la vida, terminé creando y aprendiendo día a día de la Web3 gracias a grandes amigas, así que han sido sorpresas inesperadas para mí que quiero resumir a continuación, además de compartir momentos que han exigido mucho de mí:

1. Participé en 10 eventos de Hive entre Barquisimeto y Caracas, en la en el Meetup Ccs y la Caracas Blockchain Week, donde he conocido personas geniales de la comunidad y me han ayudado en mis comienzos y avances en el ecosistema. Quiero agradecer a Willy, Eli, Emi, Zully, Cesar, Yonathan, José, Francis, Alejandro, Eliud, Natalia, JC que es un moderador que admiro por su detalle al leer las publicaciones, Arlett, Mónica y sé que me faltan muchas personas por mencionar, gracias por la estima, el compartir y el apoyo.

2. La comunidad de Humanitas me invitó a ser parte del equipo de moderadores, es una gran comunidad con mucho potencial de información para la vida y el bien común que no ha dejado de avanzar, gracias a Cesar, Jesús, Ángel y Reynaldo por hacerme parte de esta experiencia, admiro su constancia y entrega por las humanidades y ciencias sociales, que no requiere para mí de un nicho específico, sino de interés común.

3. Aunque nunca lo mencioné, Hive Creators me invitó a formar parte y contribuir en la creaación de la nueva era digital y más de la mitad de 2022 he estado aportando a algunos proyectos. Gracias a Sam, Enrique y Eddie principalmente por creer en mí a pesar de ser tan nueva en la plataforma, ellos me han inspirado siempre a más, para aprender cada día, por eso me declaro una blockchain and web3 lover.

4. Gracias a Onda Positiva y a Holos Lotus por invitarme a mis 2 primeras entrevistas personales por Discord, disfruté mucho el proceso, gracias a Mary e Irvinc por ayudarme y apoyarme en el proceso.

5. Además, estuve estudiando copywriting y nuevas especialidades en social media, este año espero graduarme en esta nueva meta, por ende dicho proceso me exige más a mí porque nunca será igual el enfoque en blockchain y Web3 que es la nueva versión del internet y donde tenemos mucho por aportar.

Estoy agradecida y feliz de haber conocido una plataforma como Hive con redes sociales descentralizadas que le agrega valor, porque podemos construir nuevos contenidos creativos y auténticos, sobre todo a decidir y generar nuevas cosas de las que se requiere de grandes esfuerzos.

Para este año, mi meta más grande es constancia y continuar creando comunidad mediante el intercambio de contenidos de valor y compartir espacios presenciales, estoy emocionada con todo lo que se viene este año.

The year 2022 advanced very fast and came loaded with great personal and professional challenges for which I am immensely grateful, especially for every moment I have lived so far with special people: families, friends and colleagues.

I recognize that it was not my best year as a frequent content creator, it is because I had more than 3 jobs at the same time, moves, changes and above all that it has been a challenge to adapt to the new digital demands of showing myself, because I am quite introverted, somewhat resistant to social networks, although I have been working for some years in areas of social management, information management, marketing and copywriting, I like the comfort of being behind the scenes, although that is not enough, you have to go for more.

However, when I met Hive at the beginning of last year, after publishing ideas and thoughts through Web2 and due to life's twists and turns, I ended up creating and learning day by day about Web3 thanks to great friends, so there have been unexpected surprises for me that I want to summarize below, besides sharing moments that have demanded a lot from me:

1. I participated in 10 Hive events between Barquisimeto and Caracas, in the in the in the Meetup Ccs and the Caracas Blockchain Week, where I have met great people from the community and they have helped me in my beginnings and advances in the ecosystem. I want to thank Willy, Eli, Emi, Zully, Cesar, Yonathan, Jose, Francis, Alejandro, Eliud, Natalia, JC who is a moderator that I admire for his detail when reading the publications, Arlett, Monica and I know I am missing many people to mention, thanks for the esteem, sharing and support.

2. The Humanitas community invited me to be part of the team of moderators, it is a great community with a lot of potential information for life and the common good that has not stopped advancing, thanks to Cesar, Jesus, Angel and Reynaldo for making me part of this experience, I admire their perseverance and dedication to the humanities and social sciences, which does not require for me a specific niche, but of common interest.

3. Although I never mentioned it, Hive Creators invited me to be part of and contribute to the creation of the new digital era and more than half of 2022 I have been contributing to some projects. Thanks to Sam, Enrique and Eddie mainly for believing in me despite being so new to the platform, they have always inspired me to more, to learn every day, that's why I declare myself a blockchain and web3 lover.

4. Thanks to Onda Positiva and Holos Lotus for inviting me to my first 2 personal interviews on Discord, I really enjoyed the process, thanks to Mary and Irvinc for helping and supporting me in the process.

5. Also, I was studying copywriting and new specialties in social media, this year I hope to graduate in this new goal, therefore this process demands more to me because it will never be the same the focus on blockchain and Web3 which is the new version of the internet and where we have a lot to contribute.

I am grateful and happy to have met a platform like Hive with decentralized social networks that adds value, because we can build new creative and authentic content, especially to decide and generate new things that require great efforts.

For this year, my biggest goal is constancy and continue creating community through the exchange of valuable content and sharing face-to-face spaces, I am excited about everything that is coming this year.
