Once again grateful to be able to take part in this weekly musical experience, this time in week 101 with the theme "Freedom of Expression"
Once again we find an excellent theme around which to share participations this week, freedom of expression is undoubtedly a fundamental part of our rights as human beings. I am very excited to share with you my participation this week, since it is my first time editing a video to be able to include additional instruments, in this case a lead guitar and a backing keyboard.
The song that I bring you this time is a classic Blues by the guitarist singer "Otis Rush" from his album "Door to door" from 1969. This song has a profound effect on me since it reminds me of a great friend, who was a lover of Blues and he was the one who taught me to appreciate this music, he also taught me about other musical genres, especially rock and its derivatives. My friend played drums, and we played music together for a long time. Unfortunately and tragically, my friend was murdered two years ago, every time I hear this song, among others, I am reminded of him.
I want to take the occasion of the theme "freedom of expression" to raise my voice in a call against violence and in favor of peace, as a tribute to my friend and to many others. Just a few days ago, a 26-year-old Venezuelan boy who was my neighbor a few years ago in the urbanization where I live was murdered in Brazil, apparently his motorcycle was stolen. We live in a world where injustices and tragedies abound, that is why I consider this space to be sacred, where we gather every week in the name of peace and global harmony. I hope you like my video, I say goodbye wishing you a happy week, many blessings and success!
I take this opportunity to send a big hello to my friends @cabelindsay @mipiano @jesuslnrs @fernanblog @themusiquero @hanselmusic @krakabells @alejandrorigo what do you think?

lyrics:
Oh time has passed
And months has gone
But this love in my heart
Has lingered on
But when I gets worried, I sneak away and cry
You know my love...
You know my love...
You know my love has never died
You're gonna try many things to pacify your mind
You'll even get married tryin' to have a good time
But with all you'll do, you will never rest
You're gonna spend your life full of loneliness
And when you're down and out
You'll need a home
You're gonna need a friend
And find him gone
But when I get worried, I sneak away and cry
You know my love...
You know my love...
You know my love has never died
