As you know, I am Venezuelan and a few days ago I had to fill up my car with gas and the situation here is definitely getting worse every day. I spent approximately 17 hours in line and in all that time I read, walked, listened to music, played my guitar. I didn't know what to do anymore, honestly I was exhausted from so much sun and waiting in the same place for so many hours. Most of the videogames I have on my cell phone need Internet to start and well, the boredom was even greater.
But I thought that the emulator I have in my cell phone to start playing a video game asks me to download it. And I thought, if it is already downloaded, wouldn't I need internet? And so it was, indeed, I didn't need internet to start. I played Donkey Kong, Mario Bros but for some reason I got stuck with this one, Bomberman.
As you know, there have been infinite versions of this videogame, but none like the original. Of course I played the real classic, the one on the Nes. A lot of memories came to my mind. One of them was remembering a night where a friend who was studying with me came to spend a night at my house. Yes, with the intention of spending a whole night playing video games. And I remembered that it was with Bomberman that we, at about 12 years old, had our first marathon playing video games.
There is no doubt that remembering those moments have a great value that fills us with joy and excitement. Somehow, they kind of recharge our energies to continue living to the fullest. Honestly I will not talk about the video game, I think we all know it. I really want to share with you this beautiful memory that Bomberman and the Snes gave us.
Thank you for joining me to remember and take a walk to the past of video games where no doubt we still enjoy these classics and that gives a point of nostalgia when I manage to find titles like this one that I present today. I hope you enjoyed this short but nostalgic walk.
We will see you in a next flight to the past of these classic videogames that are part of our life, of our history.
