It's been a while since I've shared music from other artists. A few days ago I shared a cover of the great Gustavo Cerati for pukumundo and now I want to perform this song which is by an artist I have been following for some time now and liking and falling in love with the music he makes. He is another high calibre composer, poet and producer who like other artists I follow, started his career with many ups and downs and yet never gave up to achieve his dream.
This kind of stories make me believe even more in my dream, what I sigh for, what I love. The music... from this same writer I would like to invite my friend @elisonr13 to do some work together. You're already exposed to the public, no excuses....
An artist who has shared the stage with great singers such as: Franco de Vita, Rossana, Alberto Cortés among others. In addition, his songs have also been re-recorded by other artists such as Kalimba, Camila, Reyli, among others. His music has travelled much of this globe and without a doubt, being an artist with little recognition, I think he does an extraordinary job.
Edgar Oceransky was born in Mexico in 1975 and started his career in 1993 in a corner of Mexico City in a place called ¨El sapo cancionero ¨, a nightclub that offered its spaces for independent artists. Edgar's music has a lot of influence from Joaquín Sabina, of whom he declares himself a faithful admirer. And me, a faithful admirer of both. I hope you enjoy this beautiful composition by Edgar Oceransky and my humble interpretation of ¨Quien quiere el paraíso¨.
Music is what gives meaning to my life, my passion for it, it is vital as water to live. Sounds that change my mood in seconds... Music surrounds me, it makes me relive moments that are gone and will not return, it makes me dream, in other words, any kind of music makes me feel great and I enjoy it. I am grateful to all my friends who support my art, my music. To each one of them THANK YOU!
Amor, no me imagino
Amor, no me imagino
I have you in front of me and I am bound, my fingers bleed, my soul weeps. I hear you laugh, I see you live, withering I'm longing for your tears. Waving in the wind, you are escaping. Free from the prison of my existence. I see you coming, but you never arrive. And the emptiness grows, it only grows. Now I say goodbye, even if it's just one more lie. You will remain engraved in the conceived flames of that evening.
I invite you to follow more closely everything that is coming, the events that are about to take place, our next recordings, and above all, to continue sharing my experiences. So here I leave you with some of my nets with which I am always a little closer to the public. And that way we can travel together in Lanavenovino.
