VOUCHER UTILITY IDEA - ECR RESET

During one of my livestreams, we brainstormed an idea to give vouchers additional ongoing utility.

The basic idea is allow them to be spent to recharge your ECR.

This would create ongoing demand for vouchers and by extension SPS as many accounts would want to continue grinding if they could buy additional Capture Rate.

The obvious exploit is no more diminishing return for bots but I think that is actually a good thing as bots will have to further become part of the economy to purchase the vouchers and transfer that value over to SPS stakers.
